After migrating to the United States, building a beautiful family, and nearly 15 years away from the scissors, Lucy decided to get a hair straightening treatment. The result was disappointing: dry, dull hair, and a formula loaded with formaldehyde! It was that moment of frustration that compelled her to dive back into hair, not just for herself, but to offer something better.
